Adelphos Tours Pty.Ltd. (ABN 73 613 848 954) is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We have adopted the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

Adelphos Tours only retains customer information to comply with Victorian State Government Bus safety regulations. This information is retained for the safety of passengers touring with Adelphos Tours. On completion of a tour, this information is destroyed. At no time will Adelphos Tours retain or sell any customer information once no longer required.

National Australia Bank will handle all credit card purchases of our products through its banking portal, therefore, NO credit card information will be retained or saved by our website, server or environment.


Refund Policy

For customers cancelling a prepaid tour 7 days or more prior to tour date, a full refund will be issued.

For a prepaid tour cancelled from 2 to 7 days of tour date, a 5% handling charge will apply.
For a prepaid tour cancellation within 2 days of a tour, will incur a 50% charge.
